As our collaborations and portfolio expand across development, disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation, in the areas of research, evaluation, learning, technical support, and capacity-building services, Leeway is creating a National Consultant Roster of skilled professionals who can contribute to upcoming assignments, technical teams, research and evaluation projects, advisory roles, and competitive proposals. 

We are especially keen on professionals who can link research and evidence to real change, collaborate respectfully with communities and partners, and translate complex issues into practical recommendations, robust systems, and actionable solutions, including responsible technology deployments. 

We invite qualified consultants to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to join our roster. Please apply here and attach your resume and other required documents as a single PDF. Include the following: - 

1. Updated CV with relevant experience - 2. Brief cover letter detailing:   

- Areas of expertise  -  Relevant sectors and clients  - Languages spoken   - Availability - Selected samples of relevant work - Indicative daily consultancy rate (in Indian Rupees) & Professional referees.

Being included in the roster does not ensure an assignment or contract. We will contact consultants only when their skills and availability align with a specific opportunity, client needs, or proposal team. 

Any engagement will require a separate agreement detailing the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, and other relevant terms.
